I have now upgraded to Sandvox 2.5.2. It works well but the help is broken at the moment (in this version under Lion 10.7.3). Help is still available online through their website… but I hope they fix it soon. They are pretty good about releasing new versions with bug fixes and new features.
While trying to put together a new web site I discovered that I needed a simple paint program to manipulate images. I really wanted something like MacPaint of days gone by…. alas that is no longer included in MacOS. I did find a free program, PaintBrush. It is available at http://paintbrush.sourceforge.net/. It works quite nicely! It is very similar to what I remember of MacOS' MacPaint or MicroSoft's Paint.
